Originally named President House, this iconic building in Propertuity’s development history signifies new beginnings and starting life anew in the city. The Main Change is the building in Maboneng that houses entrepreneurs and innovators in a collaborative working environment with office spaces between 30 and 140sqm for rental. The building is also home to OPEN, a co-working space for start ups and freelancers. Since its completion in early 2012, the Main Change has won the Halala award for Working and Buying Johannesburg and has seen diverse companies move their businesses to the city including; The Blackanese Afro-Asian fusion restaurant, Eat your heart out, Loin Cloth & Ashes and Joziâ’s hottest roof top bar & eco-cafe The Living room.
