Its new name Situation East refers to its Eastern location on Fox Street, providing the best views over Johannesburg; it also draws inspiration from the Situationism movement. The logo for this building is designed using the font from the Situationist movement and at first glance when you look at the logo it reads Station East (SiTuATION East) referring to its proximity to the Jeppe Railway Station located on the East side of Johannesburg.
