As the Founder and CEO of Propertuity, Jonathan Liebmann has developed his entrepreneurial skills since the purchase of his first apartment at the age of 18. Further down the line, he converted an old factory in Auckland Park into a loft, before moving on to his urban redevelopment of the East Side of Johannesburg, now known as The Maboneng Precinct, which has seen him featured on global platforms such as TEDxTalks, Forbes and the World Economic Forum. His vision for connected cities led by design and community has further expanded into Durban as well as Pretoria.

RMH Investment

RMB Holdings (RMH) investment in Propertuity in their first addition to their specialist portfolio. The specialist portfolio will house best-of-breed specialist developers and managers focused on key niches in the property market. This portfolio is aimed at achieving higher yields and faster net asset value growth than the more traditional core portfolio.

Johannesburg Team.

Our Head Office is in Maboneng where our management, development, finance, marketing and property management teams are located. The diverse team of 50-strong, services Joburg and Pretoria and continues to grow as the business works towards its vision of increasing Propertuity's urban development and regeneration footprint to 5 cities by 2020.
