Propertuity’s Head Office was once the address of the Goldberg and Zeffertt factory, soft drink and mineral water manufacturers, a fact marked by the founding stone on the facade of the building that read, “This stone was laid by Mrs. Phil Goldberg on the 14th of June 1927”. Propertuity acquired the property in 2013 and the original space was redeveloped into our headquarters. The site is home to Propertuity, along with Spark School and the Common Ground urban park. The name Market Up took inspiration from the old street name Market Street and the uplifting spirit of urban renewal.
