Propertuity - Leading Inspired Development

Formerly a warehouse occupied by Express Deliveries, 8MS was predominantly used as a storage depot for courier goods. The building was in disrepair when Propertuity secured the site for redevelopment. A team of local architects, contractors and professionals transformed the building by upgrading the facade with a mural painted by local artist, Skullboy, lighting and additional artwork and sculptures were curated by Angela Shaw for show during the property launch at the same time as the UIA2014 (International Union of Architecture) in Durban, August 2014.

The most recent addition to the transformation of this inspiring space , is the development of serviced office pods. Facilitated by well known “serviced office space gurus” Flexible Work space. Office pods are situated on the ground and 1st floor. With private, flexible offices & shared boardrooms, they provide a dynamic environment for any small business. Along with the serviced office spaces, 8MS offers informal meeting spaces & communal kitchen.
