To ignite the upliftment of Johannesburg CBD we have collaborated with strategic partners, Delta Property Fund, Arrowhead Properties and Quorum Properties to work with us to develop, curate and create places and spaces for inspired being.
Joburg Risings.
What started off as Arts on Main rapidly grew into The Maboneng Precinct,
where our vision to create a culture of rich collaboration and inspired being within the city is now part of the Joburg experience. Our place of light has sparked much growth and the need for more retail and living spaces has followed.
Hallmark House, an old diamond polishing facility, is our first landmark acquisition in Maboneng North. Here, we have created further opportunities for retail, residential and industrial spaces.
