Velile holds a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and construction management from Bulawayo Polytechnical college (NQF Level 5) and is currently completing a BSC (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management
She forms an integral part of the in-house development team for Propertuity by doing the feasibility studies and effectively managing all development costs.
