- Provide compelling and informative leasing presentations catering to prospectâ€
s needs, values and concerns. - Show commercial spaces customers and discuss features and amenities of the building.
- Provide easy to follow instructions on the leasing and approval process
- Follow up with customers via phone and email. Be sure all leads are actively pursued appropriately.
- Work with leasing team to negotiate terms and facilitate the lease signing process. Follow up on all questions, concerns and requests of prospects.
- Identify cross-marketing opportunities in the community and with vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelorâ€s degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years†experience in onsite leasing or brokerage
- Strong ability to interact successfully with potential renters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

]]>Must be able to use auto cad, sketchup, revit (preferably), photoshop, microsoft word and excel.
Will be required to re-draw existing plans or spaces, to formulate leasing plans and/or area schedules.
Will be required to design. Landscaping design, interior, finishing specifications etc. Must have a good eye for creative urban solutions, that fulfill our brand ideals.
Must be willing to learn about all areas of property development and management.
Will be required to work on building sites and see projects through to handover.
