Must be able to use auto cad, sketchup, revit (preferably), photoshop, microsoft word and excel.
Will be required to re-draw existing plans or spaces, to formulate leasing plans and/or area schedules.
Will be required to design. Landscaping design, interior, finishing specifications etc. Must have a good eye for creative urban solutions, that fulfill our brand ideals.
Must be willing to learn about all areas of property development and management.
Will be required to work on building sites and see projects through to handover.
